The second one-hour consultation serves as the opportunity to discuss the answers to those critical questions as well as other details and information needed to create a mission statement, outline keys to success, begin financial analysis projections, and develop an exit strategy. The client receives formal documentation to serve as an initial business plan from Exceptional Opportunities three weeks after the second one-hour consultation.

This package includes an initial two-hour consultation to determine goals and objectives for the plan. Work will then proceed on a questionnaire for internal team to begin working on their strategic objectives, goals and tactics. A day long workshop will be facilitated to work though and finalize the objectives. A finalized strategic plan will then be developed and sent to the organization for implementation.
